Michael Crook is the Design Team Leader & Regional Vice President. Mike has played a vital role in deepening and expanding our key products and services. His innovative design contributions, knowledge of CSS, and e-commerce expertise has also been a key component of our drive to provide full service mobile marketing to our client base.
Prior to joining CMP Mobile, Mike was a freelance website and graphic designer specializing in e-commerce sites. He also spent 6 years in the mortgage industry. After several successful years selling mortgage products, he ultimately rose to head of marketing and internet development for American Capital Mortgage. Prior to ACM, Mike spent 7 years in the human services industry, eventually rising to a management position. Mike received his Bachelor’s degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

George Smith is a Regional Sales Manager for CMP Mobile as well as a key member of the content development and editorial team. George is a key player in the development of the content behind the marketing and sales campaigns that will educate business owners on the benefits of mobile marketing in general and the products of CMP Mobile in particular.
Prior to joining CMP Mobile, George was a sales manager and internet consultant for Dealer Dominance, a company that provides inventory management and internet consulting services to the auto dealership industry. George also spent 8 years with the Vanguard Group where he held positions in retirement plan administration and client relationship management servicing clients in Vanguard’s “jumbo” segment with at least $500 million under management. Prior to Vanguard, George spent 8 years as a sales manager and production coordinator in the full service commercial printing industry. George received his Associate’s degree from Temple University in Philadelphia and his certification in Publication Design & Development from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.

James Posca is the co-founder of CMP Mobile, Jim has played a significant role in the company’s overall growth and his extensive experience in both sales and marketing ensures his ability to attract, secure and maintain key accounts.
Prior to founding CMP Mobile, Jim spent 11 years with the Vanguard Group of Investment Companies where he held positions in Customer Service, Account Administration and Investment Planning. Jim received his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Temple University in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and his ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania.

Brian R. Collins is the co-founder of CMP Mobile. Brian has played a significant role in product development by utilizing his skills to introduce innovative products and bring them from inception to implementation. He has also played a vital role in the overall management of the company and its associates by developing workflows that harness this new cutting edge technology.
Prior to founding CMP Mobile, Brian spent 10 years providing financial planning and investment advice. He also served as Vice President of investments for a leading local bank. Brian received his Bachelor’s degree from York College of Pennsylvania and his ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania.
